    I recently had TV service installed at my new residence (9125 CR 328, Westcliffe, CO. 81252) and the TV in my garage worked fine when the tech (Doman) was here, as soon as he left that TV would not turn on again. Can you help? By the way, contacting you in a way that addresses my specific problem from a menu is nearly impossible, very poor customer service! I need to speak to a person not a menu!

    Horrible service. Placed on hold for 1/2 hour, Still waiting for supervisor to answer call. I’ve been a customer since 2004 but Directv is only interested in getting new customers. They do not value existing customers at all.

    What a horrible service. I tried all the numbers and finally some customer representative answered, but he was very rude. did not answer my questions and keep repeating the same script. if you are an existing customer, your call is forever on wait.     The Philippines, India and so on but never the USA. They will never transfer you back to the country you are calling from. According to the person I spoke with direct tv has no customer service in the U.S. and then she hung up on me. Done with direct tv and will avoid any companies who out-source their customer service.

    Terrible customer service and business ethics. My bill is NEVER the same let alone even consistent. Then try calling and you can’t ever get anyone in the U.S. and they just read from a script and can’t help whatsoever. Just constant crap with Direct TV/AT&T!.

    I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS DIRECT TV AND ITS SERVICE. I HAVE LOST SERVERS, HAVE LOST 2 MAJOR CHANNELS, WAS SENT AN ANTENNAE THAT HAD MISSING PARTS, HAD A TECHNICIAN HERE WHO TOLD ME THAT MY SATELLITE IS PLACED IN A BAD PLACE AND DID NOT MAKE ANY SOLUTIONS TO THE PROBLEM, EVERY TIME IT RAINS I HAVE NO SERVICE, THE TV SHUTS OFF AND COMES BACK ON AGAIN, THERE ARE ABOUT 100 INFO MERICIALS THAT I AM NOT INTERESTED IN, THERE IS A BIG LIST OF CINE MOVIES THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR. I HAVE CALLED THE COMPANY WITHIN THE PAST WEEK AT LEAST 5 TIMES WITHOUT A SOLUTION TO ANYTHING. THIS MORNING I TALKED TO TWO AGENTS AND I AM LEFT STRESSED AND FRUSTRATED BECAUSE THEY DID NOT OFFER ANY SOLUTION TO MY NUMEROUS ISSUES.

    I just got Direct TV for the second time and my bill was higher than they told me! Then I got my second bill and it was higher than my first one. I had to talk to a foreign person who I could not understand and she did not even help with the problems. I ask to talk to an American supervisor and she did not let me! I am letting my contact run out and merry again Direct TV! Yes
