Im sorry but i must say this we have never been treated so poorly in our lives then by pontoon beach illinois motel 6….if i was corporate i would do anything in my power to get my name off of that motel..not only dirty floors dirty bathroom….blood on the sheets. And the owner and his wife should not run any business. I will be posting my review tomorrow. When i talkez to customer relations 6 or 7 times that day i was told i would be getting a comp room to use somewhere else for another day since they made us so uncomfortable we left without a refund. Can you please tell me how i get my comp room?
